Gin的A貨


Gin酒之中有一種叫Sloe Gin，嚴格來並不是Gin，而是力嬌酒。Sloe Gin是把黑刺李(Sloe)浸泡在Gin而成，酒精度較低，也帶甜味。英國人釀製Sloe Gin，是因為太愛Port，但風土條件無法自家製作，於是創造了這A貨，慢慢成為了英國其中最流行的力嬌酒。7月28日下午2時舉行的《香港酒評人協會GIN DAY Masterclass》，我們喝著以傳統方法釀造的Monkey 47 Sloe Gin，與你分享更多Sloe Gin的有趣故事。
